Very comfortable place for families with kids

We liked the environment for kids: animators, slides, quiet room, high chairs in the restaraunts. The beach nearby is great. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food is generally good as well, the Taverna Restaraunt is especially amazing!

All the meat and fish in The Green and Grill restaraunt is over-cooked. The water in kids pool is too cold.

We were looking for a day by the pool and this did it for us but food was an issue.

The room was good. Large and comfortable. Good balcony, good kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The room contained everything we needed and more. We used the rectangular pool so few kids and plenty of sun loungers. The wi fi was excellent.

We didn’t have all inclusive. We could have got the bus to Alcudia for provisions but we only stayed 1 night. Food on site and immediate surroundings is limited and extremely expensive. There is really no excuse for this.

Lovely relaxing stay, great food, wonderful entertainment team.

This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff are kind and helpful. We booked half board and were incredibly happy. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and always clean. We used the main restaurant where we found the staff to be absolutely lovely and the restaurant tables and floor always clean. There was a fantastic choice of food at breakfast and every evening, really superb quality. The pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of sun beds. The Tui blue entertainment team at this hotel were marvellous, we enjoyed the daytime activities and all of the evening shows.

1. Quite a few of the sun beds around the quiet pool were sadly broken. 2. We felt that the room towels were changed too often, it really wasn't necessary.

The cleaning team were amazing and staff throughout were great, such well thought kids activities!

The location for us wasn’t great, we had been to Cala D’Or before and just think that location suited us better

Very Good

Overall a good hotel. Location is on the beach. The food variety was good, but not tasty. Desserts were good. Lots of swimming pools for kids.

The line to the restaurant for breakfast. Catamaran rent at the beach would take half of the shore across the hotel. Cleaning could be better. The pillows and beds were not comfortable.

Great stay and we would book it again

The pool area was great and the access to the beach perfect.

The food was okay but we had two times moldy cheese (moldy in a bad way) and old salad. The last two days it seems they didn’t reorder basics like oats, jam and so on. Maybe because the end of the season. All in all it was a good selection but not the best.

Short but sweet with great amenities

The fact that it was next to the beach and also the pool area was large enough and equipped with slides and various areas for different ages of kids. The balcony of the apartment rooms was also nice size and the staff was great.

Wonderful

The staff were great. If there was any problem, they took care of it right away. Rooms were nice and clean. There were coin-operated washers and dryers.

A nespresso coffee maker would be great.

Good for children entertainment and close to the beach, but very expensive

- Staff was very helpful and friendly - Pools for kids (although the water was very cold. They don't heat them) - Playground and entertainment for children - Beach close to the hotel - Free towels for pool were provided - Free WIFI - AC

- The bathroom was very small, and the toilet that smelled like urine all the time(although we also tried to clean it) - The room was not oft cleaned (2 times in 8 days). Wednesday and Sunday they don't clean the rooms. The problem was that they don't manage to clean all the rooms until 12:00 all the time and they don't clean in the afternoon. My kid had to sleep from 12:00 so we had to come back in the room then. - The beds were awful. We booked one bedroom apartment (2 rooms). In both of the rooms there were 2 joined 1 person beds on rolls which they moved apart when you sat in them. Our kid was sleeping with us in the middle, so a bit stressful during night. The mattress were very high, and I've scratched my leg in one of the bed springs which was coming out. - On the balcony was always smelling like sewage or food from restaurant. - Furniture and equipment was quite old. In the kitchen the drawers were dirty. - Because the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, "clean" is relative to each person. Because of this we had to clean the dishes before using, they were dirty. - Nosy from the street and supplier trucks. - WIFI not working in all the rooms. - for almost all kids activities you have to pay extra(for All Inclusive also). Not related to the hotel, but the area: - very few restaurants and very expensive. Cheaper to take a bus and eat in Can Picafort city center(3 bus stations). - very expensive supermarkets, even 3x more expensive then the ones from Can Picafort center. - In September were very big waves, because of this is was difficult for small kids to play in the water.

Really nice place for holidays with kids

This hotel is almost ideal variant for family holidays with kids. The beach is really nice, the hotel facilities are specially designed to keep kids entertained, fitness classes for adults are a nice bonus.

There are 2 restaraunts at which you mainly have food. The main restaraunt was good, but at Green and Grill restaraunt (used for lunch) all grill food was over-cooked. The chef should literally cook everything at the grill twice less than he did.
